Sophia and Evdokia decided to start their own business with handmade chocolates inspired by Mediterranean recipes and flavors. Its name, ÉSOPHY, is a combination of the names Evdokia and Sofia and the word philosophy.
Having worked as marketeers in the past, they decided to follow their dream and their love for chocolate. Therefore, they decided to study the art of chocolate in Belgium, in order to enrich their knowledge and perfectionate their technique.
Fine greek products, such as mastic, olive oil, yogurt are some of the basic ingredients they use. In fact, they won two Great Taste Awards for their products in 2019! One can find the ÉSOPHY chocolates at their store in Kifissia (Greece) and selected retail outlets and delicatessen shops, and through esophychocolates.gr.
Sophia adn Evdokia are passionate entrepreneurs! But as they say, it is very important, in such an effort, to have strong allies, people who will believe in you and support your dream. That's where The People's Trust came in, by helping them create the business they have today!
